The flight time from the UK to Goa is between 9½ and 11 hours. Flight times may be subject to change.

Some flights make a stop for re-fuelling en route, normally in Bahrain. Our fares are based on economy class, Friday departures from Gatwick. Flight departures may be available from Manchester to Goa, with an additional supplement of £20 per person. Please call 0845 890 2244 to check availability.

Passports and Visas. For British citizens a full British passport is necessary, valid for at least 6 months after your return date. Contact the Passport Advice Line on 0870 5210410 or visit www.passport.gov.uk or visit your local Post Office. Allow 2 – 8 weeks for application to be processed. It is also your responsibility to obtain a visa prior to departure from the High Commission of India. Contact the Indian High Commission on 0906 8444544 or visit www.hcilondon.org. Allow 4 – 6 weeks for postal application. Indian passport holders are also permitted to travel on charter flights.

Luggage Allowances. Your luggage allowance on a charter airline will be 20 kilograms per passenger (economy) and a small bag is allowed for hand luggage. There is no luggage allowance for children under the age of 2.

What's included in your holiday.

  • Return flights from the UK with baggage allowance (except infants) as shown on your tickets.
  • All meals and in-flight entertainment as provided by the airline.
  • Transfer from destination airport to your resort, and return.
  • Transfers on tours, as indicated.
  • Airport taxes and passenger charges, current at the time of printing.
  • Your accommodation and meal arrangements, as detailed on the confirmation invoice.
  • Services of a Cinnamon Holidays representative.
  • All obligatory hotel service charges and taxes, current at time of printing.

What's not included in your holiday.

  • Holiday insurance.
  • Flight supplements.
  • Charges made by property owners for use of certain facilities, unless stated in the brochure as free.
  • Optional excursions.
  • Visa and vaccination costs.

All inclusive holidays. These comprise of at least the following:

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Snacks available between mealtimes.
  • Unlimited hot and soft drinks and local alcoholic drinks.
  • Entertainment and leisure facilities. These may vary between properties.

Payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards. A fee will be charged on all credit card bookings.

Air Travel. All holidays are based upon charter flights operated by airlines who are members of IATA (International Air Transport Association). All passengers travel under the conditions of carriage of the airline.

Flight supplements. World events have created increases in insurance and security charges for airlines. Future increases will be passed onto holiday operators and regrettably we must pass these on in full in respect of all bookings.

Airport Check-in. You must check in for your flight at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time. You should re-confirm your return flight in resort at least 2 days before the date of your return, via your representative.

Hotel Ratings. All of our accommodation has been carefully selected to provide quality and value for money and range from 3 star to deluxe, in line with local country gradings.

Accommodation. Unless otherwise stated, rooms are based on sharing twin-bedded accommodation. Some hotels may be able to provide an extra foldaway bed at an additional charge.

Child Places. Call us on 0845 8902244 for updated child prices.

Conditions:

    a. Children paying a child price must share accommodation with at least two persons paying the full adult brochure price.
    b. Child prices apply for children up to and including 12 years of age.
    c. Infants under two years of age pay 49 pounds.
    d. Extra services required, cots etc, must be paid to the hotel locally.

Under 16’s. Children under 16 are not permitted to travel without an adult. Infants must be over 6 weeks to travel by air and must sit on an adult’s lap.

Data Protection Act 1998. Information supplied by you, about you and your party will be held on Cinnamon Holidays Ltd’s computers to enable the company to 1) book your holiday, which may involve passing your details to our suppliers. 2) obtain insurance for you, if requested 3) use details for statistical analysis 4) contact you about products and services of our company and our suppliers which may interest you. By entering into a contract with us, you agree to the use and disclosure of information, as described. If you do not want this service, you must put this in writing to us.

Consumer Protection. The air holidays and flights in this brochure are ATOL protected, since we hold an Air Travel Organisers Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL Number is 6341. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advanced booking.
